When the plans are finalized, we help you obtain bids from local builders and craftsmen, and help you chose the one who will be best suited to you and your project. We then assist with negotiating a construction contract with the builder. As the project proceeds, we make site visits to verify the quality of work, and we answer any questions which may arise about the design. If you wish to change some aspects of the design, we produce revised plans and provide change orders to the builder. We assist you from the project start until you move into your new home.
