During the final stage of design, we produce an extensive set of construction drawings and specifications including a site plan, floor plans, structural plans, and mechanical layouts. We discuss your choices for finishes, cabinetry, windows, doors, and hardware which are called out on the drawings. The result is a detailed set of plans which builders can use to formulate a bid, obtain the necessary zoning and building permits, and direct the construction process.
